In 2026, our nation commemorates 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. The ECVC will honor this historic milestone through the service, sacrifice, and stories of America’s veterans.

Service has many faces—spanning generations, military branches, backgrounds, and experiences. This celebration recognizes every veteran and the families and communities who have stood beside them.

Heroes Services Coalition Joins Forces with GO TEXAN
We are excited to announce that we (the Heroes Services Coalition) have partnered with GO TEXAN! This collaboration aims to support local businesses and promote Texas-made products. Though we don’t manufacture or sell physical products, as an Associate Member, we support the program in general. By working together, we can empower community resources and create lasting positive change. Let’s celebrate this partnership as we highlight the unique offerings of our Texas community.

We still have coins for sale! All coins have laser engraved numbering (in the gold rectangle underneath the service emblems). The coins are 1.75″ in diameter and Brass 3.5mm with hard enamel and a gold spiral border. This coin commemorates the dedication of the RedHawk Warrior (Chris Kyle) life-size bronze statue that was unveiled during the Ellis County Veterans Celebration on Veterans Day 2023, and is on display to the public at the Waxahachie Civic Center for the next several years.
Here is how to purchase your coin(s): Download the Coin Order Form from the button below and mail it in per the instructions with your form of payment (cash, cashiers check, or personal check) to the Ellis County Veterans Celebration. (Make sure you note the coin purchase in the Memo section). You may also hand the form and payment to an Ellis County Veterans Celebration planning committee member; however, this method may be slower to receive than by mail.
